30 minutes upper body and 30 minutes sword play. 60 and 195 make 255.

30 minutes lower body. 1 hour sword practice. 1 hour walk with family. 150+255=405

Today's stop: Yankton, South Dakota
Two hours walking...120 miles and 1 1/2 hours on the treadmill...90 miles, plus 45 minutes weights...45 miles. Today's total: 255 miles
Total miles so far: 975 miles! Missed my 1,000 mile marker...but I am wore out!

My last stop was in Ogallala, Nebraska. It has been four days...not sure how it got away from me like that! My apologies for not posting and updating but here is the breakdown:
August 3rd, 2017: two hours walking, one hour on the treadmill = 180 miles...total of: 1,485 miles.
August 4th, 2017: two hours walking = 120 miles...total of: 1,605 miles.
August 5th, 2017: 3 hours walking...maybe more, it was a really busy day yesterday! = 180 miles...total of 1,785 miles

That make my current stop in Parkman, Wyoming!
