Sorry, I was mobile earlier, and couldnt get right back...
Most religions evolve to the point they are at...
Borrowing holidays, hymns, prayers, just about every aspect...
We attribute it to him, do we not?

I think there's a big difference between the natural process of change that is inherrent in culture and tradition, as opposed to copying a specific prayer, then putting it on a public site as your own creed. Don't you?

No....
Evidently you do.....
Eh, you know what they say about opinions....
How do you think the evolution happens?
Little changes to existing things....
Huge, drastic changes lead to a death that is sudden....
Its like the holidays we list here... When the site was started, they thought, "oh, a new religion, we need our own holidays...
Well, that sorta petered out because none of us are completely ready to drop our old traditions and holidays... We enjoy our family time...
And whether we are celebrating Halloween, or Youngling Day, we still want to be with family on the holidays... If we stopped calling it Halloween, everyone would say, "what are you talking about?"....

I have to agree with Jestor. Most big changes in religion happen fairly suddenly in their history. The idea of taking a creed or idea and bending it to fit into your own belief is not new or bad.
Beyond that this website admits that the religion is syncretionistic, so no harm no foul. (IMO anyway) Beyond that right after the creed it states the source making no attempt to 'steal' anything.
I'd also like to remind you that the Nicene Creed isn't important to all Christians either, just Catholics and I think Russian Orthodox.

Ah, I see; I just realised the creed in "Temple Doctrines" has some very small print after it reading "Note: The creed has been adapted from the prayer of Francis of Assisi". But when I saw it on the main homepage, nothing. So that's what probably led to the confusion.
