The Daniel Morgan Jones Challenge was created by Br. John
Recently during the back and forth emails and chats about the business pretending to be a church in Holyhead UK I was challenged to give a little consideration to Mr. Jones, its sole stockholder and member. I said I was giving him as little consideration as possible already so I was then challenged to say something nice about him.
He writes for the ages. (That's the ages of 4 to 6.) Blast. Try again.
His writing is good and original. (But the original parts are not good and the good parts are not original.) One more try.
His writing is not something that one should set aside lightly. (It should be hurled away with great force!)
I give up.
I'll have to take a loss on this one but if anyone else wants to have a go at it please do.

You can tell him he's Welsh. I don't think welsh people see that as an insult.
Or that his review of the Star Wars force trainer toy was good.

As you are more than aware Br John, I have championed young Daniel even though my beliefs are not completley within this own belief system. I was and am stilling hoping that this is a huge misunderstanding. I understand how you must feel with then entire mattter. Thouhg i didn't really think you would state you feelings with such a written text. I have looked for the good in both Daniel and Baral Forbe. They do come across as they believe whole heartedly in what they are trying to do.
You have however, set in motion a course of events that with show completely wheather Daniel is or is not genuine. I shall sit back and watch how these events will unfold.
Br John thank you for being a gentleman with our conversing back and forth. I can only but learn from this experience.

As of December 5, 2010 his site says (
http://www.churchofjediism.org.uk/training.html
):
The [Holyhead] Church of Jediism has a unique training program divided into a level system with ranks of naming conventions. We call this the Jediism Spectrum and it is the sole source of all religious texts, practices and scriptures within the Church of Jediism. (Emphasis added.)
The Training:
The practices and text books that the Church of Jediism base its training on is a discovery of life enhancement process called Applied Living Techniques (ALT for short), which one will learn about upon reading the eBooks we provide here on this site.
How It Works:
The training course is available to all members of the Church of Jediism and come in the form of ten electronic books, each 'sold' seperately. The prices listed are suggested donations. [There is no option to get them without at least a 5 pound 'donation' so \"each 'sold' separably\" is true.\"
What other church do you know that relies on books by a single author and requires that you pay to be a member and be trained / taught / helped etc? Yes SJ, Scientology. For him to claim that 10 ebooks will solve so many spiritual problems and totally educate one in Jediism is either delusional or a good business marketing ploy.
The Church of Daniel Morgan Jones is what this is all about and what its name should be. This is not Jediism. He filed a Charter that says there is one single member / shareholder, himself, and did not allow for there to be any other members. If he claims to have more than one member he is lying to the public or he lied to Companies House and thus commits or committed fraud. Either way he's exposed as liar. I'll take you at your word that he is a sincere liar.
It is our duty to protect and defend Jediism. Now anyone who googles them up will know all about what's really going on - including the media.
He's welcome to login and post a rebuttal.
His own publications and statements are his downfall and he's damming himself far better than I could.

Good day everyone!
When I first read Master+Br. John's statement on the Shout box, I immediately checked it out, because I was familiar of Daniel Morgan Jones -- he's been a Facebook friend of mine for almost a year now, I think.
When I first read the statement re: the \"Holyhead Jediism\" , I was really surprised and disappointed to learn about this.
Among the many things that irk me the most is deception. I am not quick to judge, however, so I have been just checking things out here and elsewhere before really speaking out for or against him. However, as we all know Br. John to be a sensible and fair Master, I lean more towards his statement than be quick to protect Daniel's reputation.
Now, about the little sense I have of Daniel: we haven't really had any interaction on Facebook save perhaps for the first time. I don't remember if I added him, or the other way around. From his posts and his profile, it is clear that he is a fan of tattoos and music, and visual arts generally.
Most of his wall posts are about just so-so stuff... like \"wow, that gig was awesome!\" or sometimes neutral, like \"I'm going to eat *this* or *that*\". Sometimes, however, he doesn't seem to be that much in command of his speech... somewhat rugged... I don't know. Also, he seems to be indifferent to... good naturedness. For example, he is \"in a relationship\" with someone, but with the many posts she makes, he doesn't reply-post to most of them at all.
Lastly, he doesn't seem to be advertising his \"Church\" heavily on Facebook, and he also has a Twitter account.

I am not going to name names here or even groups because the subject is obvious and BrJohn knows my feelings on this issue (ok you twisted my arm, im with BrJohn on this 200%)
However - keeping to the fence sitting (and this fence has those nasty cat spikes and broken glass on it) I want you all to do the Jediist thing
In case you wish to be reminded its this
Look at the evidence presented to you - BrJohn has given you the evidence and its accurate but by all means check these issuesw for yourself
I then ask you to think 'Is Daniel Jones Ltd (oh - he isnt ltd according to him) really a good 'advertisment' for jediism? Is what he's doing right, fair or even legal? Do YOU want to be associated with him or his group?
I ask this because we in the Jediist community have been fighting for a long time for some level of respect and credibility - we take a few steps forward and then get shoved right back by the actions of these holyhead people.
Their main spokes person hasnt even got the guts or decency to tell anyone his real name - which as he's only given his jediist name on a legal document, makes that particular item null void and illegal - illegal by intention i might add (fraud)
So if i were to give them a grain of doubt and some credit and say they mean well, the road to hell is paved with good intention and ill conceived thoughts n ideas.
This is your faith were talking about here - you all need to take this seriously and if you feel remotely that your being misrepresented by the holyhead jedi church - do something about it.
Do you want to be thought of a a person who knowingly lies on legal document? as someone known only for being attacked by drunken darth vaders? for being known as one of those thrown out of a store for refusing to remove the hood of a hoodie whilst in a store?
They will say 'we do good by giving money to charity'
BIG DEAL - so do I and many/most of our members
If that is the songle positive thing that group has to say - well...
Come on people, time to wake up and realise that these people are saying to the world that they represent YOU
OK - so i named names and group - but they are the single biggest threat to jediism - this is no exageration.
Please - look deeply into them and yourself and make an informed decision about how you want your faith to be seen - because it also reflects on you

And a special shout out to Baral Forbe; sue-eeeeee, sue-eeeeee, sue-eeeee. If he's so burned up at what we've got going on now he'll probably explode (and be put out of our misery) when we reveal our version of 'The Deathstar'. LMAO
The best of this is that all we need to do is keep showing off their own words, quotes and publications. All totally the truth. Does anyone know if in the UK they call and ask you to come in for white collar crime charges or should he expect a visit from Inspector Tennyson of Scotland Yard?

Its highly unlikely that the Yard will pay Daniel a visit, most probably the local 'Hot Fuzz.' I have been contacted quite a few times just lately by the boys. Every time Br John throws an accusation in their direction I get a call. Daniel and Baral still stand by their word that they won't make personal gain but donate monies to good causes. I have also explained to Daniel that if this unfortunte situation DOES emerge from the tabloids then HE MUST state that he does not repersent any other Jedisum community.
Am I a fool for talking with Daniel and Baral?
Is it the Jeid way to find peace where there is havoc?
Is it the Jedi way to offer a setlement to conflict?
I believe in the Jedi way.

Not at all; they have good reason to be afraid and ashamed. You listening to them is a comfort and you are being kind. Even in evil Texas a persona about to be executed is allowed to visit with a minister of his /her choice for confession, consolation and the Last Rites if that's in their belief system. If a cold blooded murder is entitled to that certainly these boys are entitled to have someone to talk too. You're doing a good deed.
Is it the Jeid way to find peace where there is havoc?
Yes it the the Jedi way if possible. I've told them what they did wrong and how to make it right but either they honestly do not understand what they are doing or they are not willing to admit they made a mistake. They've certainly not made a single move to make things right. They do not have 16,000 members. The Charter says there is one share of stock and one stockholder / member - Daniel Morgan Jones. They have 1 member. Period. Or they knowingly filed false statements to Companies House. But even if they lied to Companies House legally they cannot have more than one member because their Charter says so. Jones could transfer the single share to someone else and then that person would be the sole member but that still makes one member. Let them keep on lying and see what happens.
Is it the Jedi way to offer a setlement to conflict?
Yes if possible. As it is they are a real menace to sincere Jedi and Jediism but becoming less so day by day as it's now impossible to google them up without seeing then as the genuine fakes they are. Posers. Role Players. Attention Craving Children. They would have to make a public apology for all the bad publicity they've inflicted on Jediism and Jones must admit he has no training whatsoever and is making crap up off the top of his head. If you've read the first book that's obvious. He says people have midichlorians! That's pure Star Wars fantasy. If you want to read beyond the first book you have to pay; there is no option to download the rest for free. That is just disgusting. It's fine to suggest a donation but their way is no donation = no book. That's running a store not a church.
I believe in the Jedi way.
You have a good heart SJ. That's what matters. That is the Jedi Way.

As always Br John you speak with a wise tonge. Your words have given me a warm sense of achievement. Although, I stand on the fench I am looking in your direction. My mind is telling me that logic should over come those feelings of wanting people to do good. I can only hope that the end to the comings and goings of verbal conflict is nigh.
