Kind or nice, it's all good. I don't want to get hung up on definitions. Karma is a different thread if you want to start one.

I spent 8 hours sitting next to my wife while she got her Chemotherapy for breast cancer. It wasn't a random act. Kind? Nice? Love for sure. I think all this falls into the same category.

Peace, kindness, compassion, tolerance, truth, knowledge, strength of mind, body and spirit are not always companions of mine but are always pursued.

One of my boss's birthdays was yesterday, so I baked him a cake yesterday and brought it in to work for him today! Not only was it fun for me and my girlfriend (we also had cake) but I think the gesture will make him really happy. :)
