I think that there's always something to be learned from most fictional works, given that they are a good work, of course. A few of my "fictional teachers":

Master Oogway | Kung Fu Panda

Uncle/General Iroh | Avatar The Last Airbender

Otori Shigeru | Tales Of The Otori

Tyrion Lannister | A Tale Of Ice And Fire

Toph Beifong | Avatar The Last Airbender & The Legend Of Korra

TOTJO Novice

Yugen (幽玄): is said to mean “a profound, mysterious sense of the beauty of the universe… and the sad beauty of human suffering”

There are just so many. I'll try to pick my favorites.

Iroh, The Last Airbender
Aragorn, Lord of The Rings
Gandalf, Lord of The Rings
Yoda, specifically Original Trilogy Yoda not the cgi nonsense
Green Arrow, specifically from the Dennis O'Neal run in the 70s and the run started by Kevin Smith in the early 2000s
Baloo the bear, Jungle Book
Goku, Dragon Ball Z
Dick Grayson when he's Nightwing
Spider-Man

Those are just some of the big ones.
