checking in for day 3 and 4, today i have some issues with the workout, the body feel really tired so i can't push the limits the way i wanted. :(

looking forward for tomorrow and check the body responso to exercise.

Days 2, 3, and 4 complete. Only gotten a single meditation in each day, but I'm content with the progress from zero to one xD

I had measure day today at the gym ( 1x a month ) , weight down 200 grams in a month but fat percentage from 37% to 33,5% which is awesome !!

Day 5 went well , did some extra cardio, only have to do one more meditation

I have been sleeping a lot , yesterday i slept 13 hours , last night 12 , my body seems to need the extra sleep , i wake up , do some stuff and fall asleep again. Tomorrow is a busy day , i hope i have had my share of sleep then :lol:

Another one in the bank! Back to low-carb and feeling good. Meditation was a shambles today but I sat the 20 minutes and that's all that counts :-) Push-up count slowly going up (doing a training program using the runtastic push-ups app).

Also, Insight Timer said that this was the 650th day with a meditation that I've done since late 2014. Although that's not a meditation every single day, it's still something I look back to with a bit of pride as I went from someone who did absolutely nothing in terms of mental development to someone who takes this seriously and who is dramatically calmer and more focused than I used to be.

Do not look for happiness outside yourself. The awakened seek happiness inside.
