Day 9 done early and I stepped it up a bit.
60 crunches and 50 push ups done!
Another long, long day at work so there will be no running again today...unfortunately.
You guys are doing great and are inspiring me to keep going!

I've completed day 11 half-way. Skipped the push-ups as my arms needed a day of rest. Meditation done, though.

Day 12 is in the books. Today was hard to get to because we have lots of things to do with the family. My wife's uncle passed away. She is holding up well though.

Once again I have fallen behind in updating. Never remember. Honestly, my 30 days should just be to remember things. XD

Anywho, I fell behind one day (on day 11) had a day where I was running on >1 hour sleep for 48 hours awake. So yeah, didn't do anything besides survive that day. XD

Good job everyone! and may the Force continue to be with you! Almost halfway!

Day 13 complete. Today was really hard. I added 20 minutes of meditation to re-center myself. A crazy day, but it ended well.
