Check in ... Day 1
10 mins of meditation.
Grattitude: To the temple for allowing me to reach a benchmark. Not only have I been allowed here for a week but have also been sober! Vant be grateful enough for that.

Checking in
Day 1: 30 minute meditation
Control: I've controlled my anger today when a rude student in my class began to criticize my work. I just simply nodded, and said "Perhaps I could look over your critiques, and examine if my work needs a little work." All in all, I controlled my anger.

Haha, day 1 - 9.47 minutes of Yoga (that's how long the music track was...)
Interesting fact about your body - If you don't look after it, you lose all strength and flexibility.

Day 1 complete. A good challenge for letting things be, as shortly after I started, the rest of the family decided to be extremely loud and disruptive.

Day 1
(my waking hours span two days, so I'm going off of waking periods instead of calendar days)
I made an ongon of Fox out of clay, made a handful of clay beads of some of the leftover clay and to play with the mica powder, patched up a pair of pants, and did 88 stitches in my Coppervein cross stitch so far. Have about an hour and a half left for more stitches today
I also made a gift for a friend of mine but I can't share that either haha
So epic start to my 100 Days! Here's a picture of my stitching so far:

Day 2 -- 30 mins meditation. Rough night last night for pain. My brain needed a break. They say it can take months for meditation to have true theraputic effects. Ive consistently done it every day so far and I feel a difference if not just spiritually. I hope by the end of this Ill be able to discipline myself to 5 times a day.
Grateful for: Family. Ive put them through a lot of crap over the years. Honestly they could have walked away and I wouldnt have blamed them. Confidence in me is still at an all time low but slow n steady will prove to them im changing.

Day 2: Hour meditation. First 40 minutes was listening to music while meditating on the floor. Last 20 was hanging upside down! Felt really relaxed today.
Control: I let go of all emotions so far. Nothing has made me upset, angry or even glum. I've been in complete control, and feel great

Day 2!
Completed a gift
Put in 564 stitching into Coppervein.
Prepped 18 slices of caribou (top row of the daylight picture) and elk antler slices. Filled 12 with a resin, glow in the dark powder, and mica (for some) mix...I ran out of resin
I should have mixed more!! Oh well haha
Overall a very fulfilling and successful day.
