If you had 10,000 acres of land

What would you do?

I'd make a little Jedi village, complete with temple or maybe a monastery where people can be self sufficient.

It's a lot of acers so there's lots of things one can do. Or depending one what kind of land would you want it on, such as forests, desert land, plains ect.

Depends on the land, but generally speaking, build a Jedi academy of course!!
- Training hospital,
- training farm for ecological/environmental sciences,
- engineering school,
- general self development centre (body,mind,soul),
- applicable short term accommodation,
- the rest a nature reserve.

I'm thinking the best way is to get a nonprofit conservation 'land trust', where in exchange for managing 95% of the reserve in its pristine condition (stewardship), we get 5% of the land to build the academy

I would sell 9,000 of it to fund whatever I built on the last 1,000.

More isnt necessarily better, and I would probably build a house for myself and my family, and a dojo/gym on the property.

Definitely a garden.

Chickens.

Possibly some other livestock, or not.

A good lawnmower for sure, a rider, a big one, because you will appreciate it.

I only own an acre now, and only a push mower for it and its a pain in the ass on hot days.

I would sell it and travel around the world , i dont want to own land , its not mine and never will be , i dont want that responsibility :pinch:

This + a really nice gun range.

I'd probably sell most of it once I figured out whatever loophole I could use to avoid paying income tax on the money.
Land goes for roughly $3000-$10000 per acre. So once I had my $100,000,000 I'd donate a bunch of it to good causes and then live off of what's left.
