If you had 10,000 acres of land

Can the land be anywhere and can we have unlimited resources?
If so I would build a moon colony.

Jedi academy, farmland, fence the rest in or in some way mark it as the edge of the territory, but leave it wild. A place to almost safely get lost. I find it easier to feel the Force in a natural setting.

If I had 10,000 acres, I would build special needs community center where kids who have special needs can come and interact with others that are like them.
