Any architects / engineers here?
I've been interested in building with earthbags, eco-friendly and extremely resilient against harsh weather and earthquakes. Has anyone here tried it? Here is a link to what I'm talking about:

I've always been interested in natural building methods to couple with having some land that is permaculture based. This gives me even more ideas.

I've project managed a couple of residential home constructions, and designed one of them myself, but other then 6 months training in engineering drawing I've no real qualifications. I've done a bit of landscaping as well, and a few renovations. Nothing like this though!!
I find the idea appealing. Perhaps into a shallow slope (to harvest the dirt from), with water flow managed into little dam's around them. Maybe 4 rooms, one almost fully beneath ground level (though not covered), and the other three dug into the face half in and half out... connected by corridors of smaller arcs or short straights.
