Carlos Martinez: Beautifully said, and thank you for the words of encouragement! :) LOL He gets a little touchy with the 'mothering' sometimes, but its with loving intent. I put out a brush with toothpaste for him and he was all, "I can do it myself!" I told him I knew, but that I knew he was going through a rough time right now and did it for him because I love him.
I knew full well he wouldn't brush his teeth if I didn't...probably would go a week or more...What else can I do to be kind and help without embarrassing him? Thanks.

Seeker,
I've seen that as well--very good to know it's apt. Really ought to implement it; ask him for instance how many spoons he has left, if he has the spoons remaining for something...He may not. In a way, I kind of see what I do as giving him some of my spoons (not always possible or enough, I know; maybe helping him find more spoons or letting him lean on my spoons is more apt).
Thank you!
