While in week four of basic I had a drill instructor tell the entire squad, oh by the way, if you think things are getting slower or easier they are not!, your getting better.
It will take A LOT of time in meditation and study to figure out to you friend what is relevant. Take some time to find tour very own path. Then, go from there, libraries were huge, till I learned the Dewey decimal system, then most libraries were shy on sections. Lol
