Ive learned that my temper is not as volatile as it used to be.

I learned that I kind of miss the drama from a few weeks back, which is something to watch. Not my favorite trait.

Also, learned another lesson in keeping it simple. A good night's sleep does more simple good than I remember. It doesn't have to be about strength or focus all the time. Sometimes, just a bit of upkeep.

this is true!!! but just remember (coming from experience) the right thing is right and if you educate people in truth... aka explain the reason for the right and identify the wrong then they share in the knowledge of truth as in they know whats going on and hopefully want to correct it. I deal with it every day... it is frustrating cuz people tend to just get frustrated or even mad cuz your correcting or changing things. When they see the truth and why it needs to be corrected they are more app to change it... Be of good courage when you do the right thing and dont loose sight! Keep on doing right, faithfulness finds favor lol
