What did you learn today?

I am talking about poker.
I figured out that the preflop All-in aggression in poker it is a way to protect the strength of one already strong card.
It is positive to know that, so i will start to have more understanding for preflop aggressors
i like to have my aggression on the river.

I learned that sometimes i dont have to say anything and the truth reveals it self. Wife had some problems and i stayed etreamly still not knowing what to say just feeling the hurt.... as i meditated the truth came out like a whack a mole... found it and bonked it in the head. i learned that patience is a action word...

I learned that there is eternal time and eternal universe in the now. That patience is truly an action word because there is no rush. We stay in the now, not looking back or looking forward and we stay in peace.

Although I'm not a fan of biscuits, we can eat them at all of our meals...

Dude, I think this is hilarious but I am taking a course on mentoring and we specialize in giving positive feedback . Something positive I learned today is that Jestor is a wonderful mod and has really had a positive influence on my life. He seems to understand life and what people are going through. He supports me through thick and thin and he uses his understanding of the world to enlighten others.

I learned Whyte Horse and I both like Imagine by John Lennon.

I learned that I'm not a robot and I can still cry.

Kinda surprised me, too. Wasn't sure I still had it in me, haha.

That MAY seem like a negative but it's really not to me. I try so hard to he even-keeled, keep my emotions in check, and remain stoic in the face of troubles but I think it's good to continue to discover ourselves and what we are capable of.

I learned that it can still get cold in the SF Bay area!! We have had very warm weather (for here at least) for about a year.
