Perhaps it had more to do with the personal value it held over its scientific study.

I will answer with more details in a few days. I have to head out of town unexpectedly. I promise I will answer more fully and with more detail.

I know that DMT can be found by mixing certainly plants together but what was discovered before that was known is (I dont know science terminology) but this molecule was found within the brain. I would like to learn how this possible could be taped into on a regular bases.

People can in fact have the true answer. Through study and observation the truth reveals itself. But I would say that there haven't been enough studies done to adequately answer your question.
I would also caution you against using a drug like DMT and simply meditate for the sake of clarity of mind and personal growth. There are monks who have dedicated their lives to controlling their adrenal glands and heart rate and other natural bodily functions and they used meditation to reach these levels of self control. But being able to slow their heart rate to a beat a minute wasn't their initial goal for meditation and utilizing your body's natural function of releasing DMT shouldn't be yours. If you're going to meditate, do it for personal growth and if it leads to an understanding of DMT then so be it, but you must let that happen naturally. When people try to get involved in these natural processes, it can lead to unwanted outcomes.

I think that you are misunderstanding, Im not seeking to find or take any drug and Im not looking for ways to use meditation to bring out DMT naturally from the body. But if there is the possibility of it bringing such a molecule out then why not..That is a sign of Fear, Fear of what we dont understand

Tricky question for anyone to answer Drako. We can create emotions with thoughts and memories, but to consciously work with altering perceptions... I think it would have to be done carefully because we must enshrine boundaries to delineate delusionary perception and illusory perception. As I'd imagine a strong working relationship between the conscious and subconscious minds is key, as it could be easy to break down the trusted working relationship with your subconscious which at best would take you back to square one, or backwards, or at worse do damage. It would be much easier to work carefully in small steps forward then taking 3 giant leaps forward and 3 giant leaps backwards.

I think its safe to say Jediism does not have a prescribed practise to achieve this  , but perhaps various religious and spiritual paths throughout history have bits and pieces of useful steps.

No Drako, I don't think it's a sign of fear. Being afraid and acknowledging danger or risk are not he same thing. I'm not afraid of spiders, but I don't pick them up because I know they can bite. There are ways to attain knowledge while avoiding risk. Perhaps I am misunderstanding your intentions, but it is confusing when you say you're "not looking for ways to use meditation to bring out DMT naturally from the body" but then say, "if there is the possibility of it [meditation] bringing such a molecule out then why not?" Why not what? I don't think searching for a connection between DMT and meditation will bear any fruit. There isn't really substantial scientific evidence that even says DMT is naturally produced in our brains. The pineal gland produces some organic molecules that can perform part of the process of making DMT, but that doesn't mean it's naturally occuring in our brains. I would look elsewhere for knowledge than whatever you heard in this video.

Well I have taken to Jediism as a way of opening my mind and boundaries to all possibilities and each of us are going to have different views. I apologize if Im not clear or your not understanding me.

I use meditation for what its ment to be used for, but if by doing so this molecule was activated and gave the experience that those in the "film" were given then Id accept it and be open to the experience.

Adder, I think that you described maybe what Onerios is trying to say to me which I fully agree. There are no easy steps quick fix to finding all thedeep answers that are being sought after.

But just as a reminder I brought this up only to find out more knowledge from others views or opinions..Not to debate..MTFBWY :)

I dont think I've ever had DMT and probably wouldn't now if I could... but I use Vajrayana Buddhism to approach what they are talking about in terms of result. I view the concept of a Buddha or Dakini pure land as that altered perception view of reality and the use of concepts like bliss and wisdom to mean actual experiential results which must in some way be related to neuro-chemistry.
