I am very happy to hear all this. The discussion involves a wave of new people investigating the various aspects of this path. Some may stay and have a lot to contribute. Others may show up with difficult questions.

And some people might be jerks.

I think this will be good practice.

It will take several good examples of the Jedi community to undo the negative effects of a single bad example, so the only good path is to be one of the good examples. Someone's passion to be seen as a role model or "the one with the answers" can lead to a misrepresentation of what being a Jedi is actually about. Nothing should be done for personal gain, but rather for personal growth and the betterment of the Order.

As such I'll continue to treat people individually, regardless of how they found us.
