yes. It shouldn't be one set of rules for blacks, another for muslims, another for women, etc.

What on earth are you going on about.
I believe he is referring to how some of your comments can seem rather....abrasive.
It seems I have created quite the conversation.

Or did I read you all wrong and assumed the thread was about double standards in the UK?

Yeah...I don't know what was going on there.
I just wanted to know the actual truth of the shariah law zones and such.

What people don't realize is there are many muslims who do not benefit from this, but can't really speak out against it, and therefore get shoved in the same bag. there's a bit of a hidden identity crisis in all of this.

ren wrote: it's nothing official, just street justice taken to a new level. the "zones" that is. But it's being handled like an inevitability (although a minister recently complained some state schools had been taken over by radical muslims), not like something that must be dealt with (like any other form of street justice).

I would hate to be walking to my house, or a friends house, or the store etc. and accidentally go down the "wrong" street and have alot of Muslims harassing me for something that is against there religion

i will explain a bit more why i used the war.
we bombed Iraq using weak excuses, to brake international law, we had a back lash of upset Muslims here, and thats quite normal. and then we went on to bomb Afghanistan.
we had a few small reprisals some small bombs, in London and a lot of, angry Muslims finding ways of venting there frustrations at the west. if you see all your city's turned in to rubble its right to get mad.
Sharia Law zones are just part of the fall out, before all this, no one here, even noticed the massive Muslim population here in the uk , because they were peaceful.
