Many of the songs on Electric Light Orchestra's album, Time (1981), might also offer some interesting story ideas.

I have a limited understanding of your musical tastes, but I think these songs might make interesting stories. The first two are sci-fi themed, but you could certainly sprinkle in your own fantasy elements. I have no idea what the third song is about, which is why it seemed like a good jumping off point for fiction.

My tastes don't matter... it's the lyrics I'm mostly looking at. If the lyrics inspire a story in my head as I'm reading them, it'll work! Thanks for all the links... made it so much easier for me!

One could almost do it with an album! That would be a lot of fun! Especially the more thematic albums like "Some Nights" from Fun and such. That'd be a blast!

Yeah, Savatage's albums all tell a continuous story.
