Thanks everyone for their answers so far. Still hoping to see more responses. :D

Also, Whyte, that doesn't exactly answer what I was asking.

If your getting out of the military and I'm assuming you're American because we have a giant military. I would suggest using your post 9/11 Gi bill. That's what I'm doing. You get all your school paid for up to the highest public funded university in the state. Lasts for 36 months, $1000 a year for books, and E-5 BAH every month.

Now to find out what job you want start volunteering, you'd be surprised what career fields use volunteers and it gives you a very solid idea of what you'd like to due.

For example I thought I wanted to be a Doctor until I volunteered and saw they work crazy long hours and it's very stressful.

I always wanted to be a musician, and I used to be for 10 years, playing in many bands and running my own recording studio, but I get bankrupted
I now have a work done merely to earn a living, but I'm preparing a new musical project (a theatral show based on Frank Zappa's music).

My dream career would be a professional makeup artist. I love makeup and all sorts and varieties! I am in school for cosmetology right now hair and junk just isn't my thing I think after I will do some makeup courses and try to make myself even more amazing at it!

If I can't get a job being a makeup artists my second dream "job" would be a stay at home mom. I have PCOS so having children is hard and well depressing and stressful to say the least so I crave it more then anything....i want more then anything to give Lykeios a little one <3

Ummm, ok. I would start a 3D printer and CNC company. Form a worker-self-directed-enterprise. Make cheap widgets. Put Walmart out of business(just a perk).

Actually it'd be kinda fun to start a hippie commune... er I mean build a Jedi temple ;)

I bet Children's hospitals would pay for that...

My perfect dream job would be to me a music teacher for a great music program in a high school or college and on the side play in a major orchestra and or pit orchestra. Which is why i am going for a music performance associates degree and a music education major. I have been told by one certain person that i am able to achieve my goals. This person made a huge impact on my life and now i shall continue to follow my Dreams which hopefully i will be successful in.

I'm not sure this will be terribly helpful to you, but I always wanted to be an actor. Unfortunately I've been cursed with shyness
