Just like learning in school.. Once a lesson is understood, then time for the next one... Unfortunately, school doesn't always work that way, lol...

I don't mean to say this thread is a waste, but the idea of wasting time as defined by the context of this thread.

I started thinking about all the things that we do in our lives that we just can not get the time back from. I don't think we should confuse waisted time with unstructered time. We all need some free flowing time. It's when it is an escape from responsible activity, as we define that for ourselves and our needs, that it becomes a waste. May be better to say poorer use of time?

If you do "waste time" don't beat yourself up, just get back on track. We're not perfect and never will be, just do the best you can.

How do I avoide wasted time, I have a written to do list...when I remember to use it.

I do think a lot of time is wasted in the internet and in front of some sort of viewing screen. :blush:
