 Okay some of those are pretty funny.
But darn it, Whyte Horse, the US government will not stand for such mockery! Bwahaha...I wouldn't be surprised if they had you on a list somewhere. Maybe say hi to my dad when they take you away.

Warning: Spoiler!
There is passion, yet there is peace
Through passion I gain strength and knowledge
Through strength and knowledge I gain victory
Through victory I gain peace and harmony
Through peace and harmony my chains are broken
There is no death, there is the force and it shall free me

If it was so sudden that I came to rule the world... I'd probably be killed pretty quickly, by others wanting the power..
If I was an 'god-like' ruler, with absolute power over people and laws-
- I'd reduce the need for money (for basic healthy (!) food, water and shelter which would be free for all), and may even go test the idea of completely taking money away from society to see what humanity would do if their basic needs were filled. Would they chase the things they loved or a higher purpose?
- I'd put into effect a special mandatory intensive education, a minimum of a couple weeks a year for every adult after the age of 18. They would have a large choice of education to CHOOSE from including practically everything from fishing to maths to sport to star-gazing. It would then be up to them if they wanted to continue, or try something else during years to come. No payment necessary.
-Alot of free time for people, but it's important to mention that the people are not completely free to do as they wish, there are laws, and breaking laws will have punishment. The punishment will vary from community work to ??. Alot of attention would be given to understanding the people who break laws and why they did it. Is there a problem with the laws?
-Trying to build people up, not break or destroy them. No man/woman is higher than another.
-I'd like to try a system of 'ask and you shall "mostly" receive' whereby if you have an idea which you'd like to try and implement like a new building, it can discussed and perhaps dreams can be realised for people
-Travelling across countries would be free, trying to keep uniqueness but spread awareness and acceptance of different countries beliefs and systems.
-People encourages to learn and teach one another, spread acceptance of one another's beliefs without conflict between people.
-Stopping oil consumption, and working seriously on environmentally beneficial solutions for travel and creating new habitable areas for both people, animals and life in places such as deserts and cold wastelands
-probably much more...
So yes, I'd radically change the world and in ways I haven't even thought of now, but would want to create a renewing system that did not need my leadership and then step down, go learn how to go fishing and play music for fun with people. Learn some new stuff, make new friends, travel, care for the world, have fun!

If i ruled the world, I would get myself killed trying to save those who cannot be saved. I couldn't handle feeling responsible for all six to seven billion of us here on this planet. If it was a position that no one else could fill, then I would make someone else do all my paperwork and boring desk stuff and I would go out into the world, experience how as many cultures live as possible and then go into the leadership role with that experience so I could help everyone and give them what they need. Equality doesn't always mean treating everyone the same. It would be a tough job. And i'm sure it would kill me, but if I improved the lives of others in the process then It would be worth it.

The properly way to rule the world is to rule the world in shadow. To make someone else to spokes person, or make the world population that a person is the ruler when in fact they are the decoy. One would have to have people rule over their own countries or territories while they fall under the rule of the one who know one knows except those in leadership over their own. One would be the Master of the Puppet in order to protect themselves from the wrath of those who wish to overthrow the one true world ruler.

That would work until the strings are cut and traced back to the puppet master....no matter how skillful, they are always eventually found ...
A truly great leader knows many forms of leadership and manipulation, and more importantly has the wisdom and understanding to use the right method at the right time to achieve the desired goal....fear,respect,reverence...each has a place and time to be used...

I'd follow peace but keep trades in the countries
dependent. Have votes for policies and prevent any war.
Or try, as we know war isn't always prevented by both parties.
Just keep war from escalating.
