What I read a moment ago in another thread from a good friend, I feel was similar to how it feels when someone puts something like peroxide on an open wound. At first it stings for a bit, but you see and feel it fizzling up, helping to clean out any potential of infection. We know it isn't going to heal the wound, but at least it can help clean it. Even though I don't know when or if this wound will really heal, thank you for helping to keep it clean at least.

“For it is easy to criticize and break down the spirit of others, but to know yourself takes a lifetime.”
― Bruce Lee

Because I promised myself that whenever I ranted I'd be grateful too.

I am grateful for my fiance, who in just over two weeks will be my wife. She has remained rather calm during the whole ordeal of planning our wedding, the last month of which she has been injured and unable to exercise which is her main coping mechanism. Everyday I am more grateful to have found her.

School has been so busy!!

But, I am grateful for the grateful thread. And, I am also grateful for my class of students. They are enjoying my meshing singing with life lessons on mindfulness and affirmations. :)

I'm grateful for all the wonderful moments my mother and I shared. I'm grateful that in the end, I was able to see her again and talk with her. And I'm grateful that I still have my father and grandmother in my life, and an extraordinary family here in Georgia.
