I am grateful for no closing costs at my mortgage refinancing today.

Grateful for a sunny Friday to lift my spirits.

Today I am grateful for the glorious technology that is a DVR. I will not get to my parent's house in time to see the beginning of the ArenaBowl but I will be able to "rewind" the live TV to start from the beginning and even fast forward through commercials until I catch up to the live feed.

Oh glorious technology and Arena Football. It's going to be a great night.

Found a newly 'hatched' butterfly this morning, so to speak. Got to watch as her wings unfurled and dried out and she got some sun before flying away into the great unknown.




She came back for a bit too!!

Grateful for a cold beer on a hot day, for an unexpected but welcome break in my schedule tomorrow, and for Marta Lina's GIFs.

I am grateful for my mother. Today is her birthday and earlier this year she had treatment for lung cancer. So I am grateful that she is still around

This little lady is being extra cuddly tonight. Thanks baby girl.
