I am grateful for waking up a bit sleepy this morning after a late night "working" at a concert last night. My job has some cool perks that come with it.

I want to get in touch with my emotions for real.

For the longest time, I have been a robot. I do not allow myself to feel. And, this comes out in aggression or depression.

But, I am grateful to my wonderful therapist who has helped me to see that I can actually care... It's just the "how" part I'm waiting for.
