I'm not a mod or an admin, but as a user of this forum, don't apologize for rezzing this thread. This is a very important thread. Most of our mental and physical problems come from the mishandling of stress, so this thread should be a high priority for sharing and discussion, imo. Thank you for your advice on the matter, and for bringing back a thread that many people may need, but may not have seen the first time.Stígandr wrote: Apologies for rezzing an old thread.

Might I suggest Big Trouble in Little China ? Watching Kurt Russel as a cocky truck driver ineptly fight a bunch of sorcerer-ninjas serving a centuries-old James Hong with help from the old dude from "3 Ninjas" is quite a good time.
It won't let me have a blank signature ...

I am now stretched out on my sofa, with a bowl of chocolate M&Ms, a cup of tea, and the remote to the Virgin box scrolling Netflix.

I suggest looking up a good stand-up comedian on Netflix. I don't have any particular one in mind... explore and find out for yourself.

Nature hikes to higher altitude... Clearing the mind...
releasing the energy, letting out the frustration, screaming it aloud, or, simply deep breathing, like a sigh of relief...
This sometimes helps me, just getting away, for a moment to allow yourself a step back from the situation...
May the force be with you!
