Yes it is, it's from the 'Temple in Texas' thread where donating was brought up. (page 11/12/13 I think)

Also Jestor, there is a monthly fee of $5 for having less than $500 in our bank account so that is an additional $60, though this expense can of course be avoided if we manage to stay above this.

That is messed up.

There are no fees or monthly anythings on any of my accounts here unless I want a hard copy statement or need to push through same day transfers.

Mine has a monthly account keeping fee because there is so little money in it!! Once I put in a wad of cash and they stopped charging me fee's - I assume because they were making more then enough from it to cover their costs. It wasn't a huge amount, but it was a lot more then what I've got in there now!!
