For various years now, I've been taking really good care of my health... as i think or Jedi should do. But recently I can't afford a gym subscription for lack of money, so i search in the internet some pages for working out at home, it results that darebee.com is a place with funny workouts, programs for everyone who wants to start or keep in good shape, has a lot of funny exercises including Jedi and some super hero themed workouts that are funny to practice.

everyone should try it to improve your fitness

may the force be with you all

Apparently Jedi need shredded abs, that's a core centric workout!

I used her Saiyan workout for a while a few years back. They're actually very good workouts, but even level 1 with certain workouts can be difficult for a beginner. If you can't do the full amount of reps or time laid out on the sheet, get as close as you can and don't be discouraged.

I LOVE Darebee workouts!!! I have a bunch of them hanging on my wall to use when the mood strikes (though I really should do them more often). I chose a bunch of my favourite fandoms!

I use the Shepard (Mass Effect). Mulan (Disney), Starbuck (Battlestar Galactica), Shieldmaiden (Vikings), and River (Firefly) workouts. I appreciate how they do workouts for both men and women!

Whilst I appreciate what the Darebee / Neila Rey (and other things such as xbx/5bx, which was brought to my attention by "The Hacker's Diet: How to Lose Weight and Hair Through Stress and Poor Nutrition" ) have done for home bodyweight training for (let's face it) the nerd crowd.

As a personal activity, I friggin' despise bodyweight circuits (not because they're not good for you, I just get bored after about the 3rd exercise in the same spot on a mat)

For Star Wars / Jedi themed workouts - I like https://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/the-star-wars-workout-jedi-training-101/

It's not bad, requires a fairly minimal amount of equipment (Does require some, but if you're a fitness fan, you should have it - there's nothing particularly specialised)

I personally do full body training but I use compound muscle resistance training. Dumbbells, body weight, and barbell exercises make the most of my training.

Hey everyone

I just want to share with you that I've made a lot of progress with my physical health with this and other workouts and lately I've been working out with a new style of warm up called TABATA. I strongly recommend it for all, there are songs for motivation that apply this type of workout and its been giving me a lot of results.

Hope everyone its doing fine and may the force be with you all

If someone did i would be worried.

But really i was looking at the jedi and cp America and wondering wow i can use them as warm up or cool dowm or one to each to my workouts.

Like run through 1 set 20 reps per exercise. Do you see what i mean.

Thats the idea, for each level of people they can use this any way they want, but if you are in an advance level, just try the Batman workout at even 3 and let me know, for me is an excellent workout that make me sweat a lot!

4 of the Taekwondo classes i attend per week are with a cardio driven instructor. I never have to worry about breaking a sweat. After 5 minutes soaked from topknot to feet.

I will see how i can adapt pieces of this to my routine. Actually i will start a topic with my routine. Between strength training, yoga, taekwondo and kickboxing i am pretty much a gym rat.

Yeah! thats nice, if you can post your routine that should be really awesome, for me it will work a lot since I've been working out with these and trying to find a little bit more difficulty
