I'm assuming its because you were inactive for a lot of those 2 years.

I'd recommend resubmitting your application :)

Unless you've just submitted it, in which case I'd wait a week or two

I also was listed as a member before the crash, and now shows guest. I know there may be some startup issues, but wanted to bring this to someone's attention

A number of Councillors seem to be "blocked" in status. I needed to PM one but evidently can't. Is something going on there or is it just a coincidence?

The Public Chat Room Doesn't show everyone. There are about 6 people in there at the moment apparently but I can only see and speak to 2 of them :(

I have been having this problem as well. One wonders if it has to do with ranks or friends lists or the like?
