Changes to Login and User Dashboard

We are testing a change on the front page where Community Builder will start taking over the user dashboard and activity feed instead of EasySocial. EasySocial has been giving us some compatibility issues after the upgrade, so this is part of making the site more stable going forward.

A couple of questions... I bet this will be in the FAQ later... but what is the difference between recording and correspondence secretary.

I'm in charge of meetings and announcements and messages... While tzb will do things like managing sermons and putting them together for book and a few other things.

Alexandre should answer these questions... I just know what I have to do :-D

Pastor is the 'head' of clergy.
Associate Pastor and Assistant Pastor have the same level of 'authority', but Associate Pastor becomes the 'head' of clergy when the Pastor is unavailable.
Recording Secretary records meetings and minutes.
Correspondence Secretary makes announcements.
Both secretaries can cover each other if one is not available etc...

There will be a clerical charter written up soon to clearly explain all of this.

We look forward to having Stu, V, and Saj helping myself and Alex in managing the clergy :)

You know Akkarin, of all people, you should keep the FAQ up-to date when the council changes the definitions or creates new offices :P
