I guess its about balance so I try to mix it up between body, mind and spirit. For body I use weight and treadmill, or spinning a toy lightsaber (what?) until I can afford a golf club membership. The internet and my iBook library is for the mind. The spirit is best served by mixing up music. I enjoy hearing different tracks mixed to hear new combinations of sounds. When I've spent some energy on one area it seems to work well to try a different area and cycle between all three types.
