I will respond with what I wrote at RJE:
" By picking up my coffee in the morning with my hand/arm? wink.gif
*waits for laughter... none comes*
*crickets* okkkk...
So, anyway.. How do I use the Force? I begin most of my days with light meditation. Not a formal "let's sit on the bed, legs crossed, etc.." just more of a concentrated thought while staring at the ceiling. I then do the SF Qigong exercises. That all takes about 20-30 minutes. THEN, I am ready for my day.
During the day, I mostly just incorporate it in my thoughts and my actions. If I need an extra push, I will call upon my reserves to either increase mental clarity or physical strength. Moving things. Writing articles. You name it."

To be honest, I don't feel I knowingly use the force on a daily basis. Moreover, I feel I have used and/or connected with the force in rare times of stress and exhaustion. I've explained it in my first journal entry, but I'll summarize...
Prior to joining the order and studying Jediism, I had hit an all time low. Friends, family, and God had seemed to abandon me. The stress and loneliness made both my mind and body weak and ill.
It was also at the climax of my exhaustion where I "let go" of all my efforts to fix things and protect myself. I meditated and maintained a meditative state for 45 minutes. When I "awoke", I felt a sense of calmness that I have never felt before. It was as if my utter lack of peace was drawing me closer to a profound level of peace.
Anyway, I later concluded that this was a merging with the force....a "peak experience" (as Joseph Campbell explains). I guess this relates to your question, Alethea?

Though it may be self hypnosis, I have a "flowing" state that functions like a working meditation. I also practice "feeling" all of my senses at the same time. I consider these beginners practice in using the Force.

I just had a couple of coffee's so sorry if this is a bit rambly...I try to be mindful for everything... I walk softly, I try to sense the Force around me, try to be precise and efficient, and try to make other people feel relaxed. I like to do things as if I'm defusing a bomb and leave a minimal footprint when I leave. I exercise religiously, as its my sandbox in the Force, and when exercising I try to bring together a focus on the Force with knowledge about what I'm trying to do and wisdom from experiences I've had doing it before. I look at everything as if its about to reveal some sort of secret to me and as a result I free everything from any dominion I might have over it in my mind, so it can learn and teach as a free agent of the Force.
Now that said, I really do not know if I've answered the OP!!

Since I'm a part of the Force, I do not use it, but interact with it.

Valid interpretation, and you answered the question. But, to be clear, I think she meant: "How do you use the concept of whatever you define as "the Force" in your life". In your case, you define the concept of the Force as including yourself. So, there is no way to control such a Force, therefore you are on equal grounds with it.

I think I still see it as something "unusable". Although I guess my belief in the unifying Force has an impact on my philosophy, I can't see it as "using the Force".

In answer to the debate as to whether we can 'use' the Force, I guess that I split 'using' into two different catagories -
1) actively using IT, i.e. force lightening
2) using MYSELF in conjunction with it
I believe that I do the latter.
I have worked on connecting with the Force during meditation in an attempt to stay permanently 'plugged into' the Force, so that I can be more aware of the world around me, of my feelings/emotions, of my senses, of the universe and the 'flow' of the Force itself. That, I guess, is largely how the Force comes into my life on a permanent daily basis.
