Summer time blues? How about a summer time cold?
Who else gets a cold in the middle of July???

Anyway, I'm always told that when I feel the blues, I should do the opposite of what I want to do.
For example, if I want to stay inside all day and sleep, I should go outside and force myself to have fun.
I'm not sure if it works. I've never tried it. :laugh:

You know who?
ME.
(capital letters here illustrating annoyance at said cold
)
Although, it may be July, but I'm not sure you can call it summer here, so I've got more excuse for having a cold :laugh:

Agreed. Spring and Summer in England is now October to March. I can then have my summer holiday on my Birthday :silly:
If it's sunny when I get back I'm going to give myself the nick name 'The Sun Bringer' and make myself a little crown

I swear this happens every year now though...wettest summers on record, dryest and warmest autumns and winters...maybe we should just switch all of our seasons around?

Well Akkarin...
It's not just me but it seem a few folks around here are "blue" you know discontented with what is going on in their lives. Not 100% depressed just felling a bit crappy about life. I used "Summer Time Blues as a bit of catch phrase...Alan Jackson did sing it in the 90's, but Linda Ronstadt sang it in the 70's, I'm not sure who else did. (help me out music gurus):whistle:
It was just a bit of frivolity on my part... about a topic that seems to be out there?
