MINDFULNESS IN PLAIN ENGLISH - Venerable H. Gunaratana Mahathera

The attached book (in txt format) is one of the best and most comprehensive guides to meditation ever written. I think it's the most valuable text to my practice and I've read a few.

Best of all it's allowed to be distributed electronically for free, as per the distribution agreement included at the end of the file.
