i usually listen to american indian chant music or flute music to relax too. theres also a japanese cd i have with lots of drumming in it that helps me concentrate.
Due to an injury I suffered when I was in the heating business, I get very bad headaches. I use this vibrating neck massager to relax my neck muscles. But thats not the point...the massager has a built in sound track that comes through little speakers. it plays sounds of the forest, sounds of the ocean and sounds of birds. the three are selectable and I find myself using the massager not for the neck pain,but for the peace I feel listening to the sounds of the forest. It almost always puts me to sleep.
I found a similar sound track online and use it when I meditate.
