Jedi chapter houses

Ok. so i am looking for a training group essentially. a group of individuals of like mind who want to train mind, body and spirit with the goal of becoming true jedi. helping each other train and grow into or potential. i envision a group where each one studies a different martial arts style and once a week we get together to share waht we have learnt and for group meditation.

I am in sydney australia if anyone is interested.

Sooo, I'm figuring you mean a study group...

By beginning the Initiate's Program, you take one step, closer to being able to begin your own Chapter.... Just something to consider!!

I live in the middle of the USA, and the closest person )I know of, is still 90 minutes away....

A little too far for frequent get-togethers.... I keep hoping though....

no i am not looking to make my own thing. study group isnt the term i would use but essentially yeah thats what i am after

We need some rich person to buy something otherwise it'll be limited to hiring halls or public parks. I'm in Queensland so I'm always looking, but they are always way too expensive for me !!!!

Its got a shed big enough for martial training, is on water for physical training, and has a shop front as well for selling stuff!

We are a non profit organization, and as we've said before, it's really not a realistic idea right now. Nice idea, but unrealistic.

Yes its good to dream about it, with that place you'd have room to run weekend training like;

ok we are getting off topic, i am cool with public parks and stuff, being a jedi isnt about having a temple to train at ita about knowledge and self development, you dont need a building for that. you dont really need other people for that either but it helps a hell of a lot.

Absolutely, this is a very commonly recurring topic. I would love a 'real' Jedi Temple but one really isn't needed irrespective of what Angelus rightly pointed out.

It is best if we just forget about a 'real' Temple, however meeting other Jedi is a great idea! Australia is a bit far for me though

i think this is a brilliant idea, it's just a shame that we're scattered around the place and meeting up in one place isn't gonna be cheap for some of us (no matter where it is) hopefully one day it'll be do able

surely there has to be some of us, other than me, in sydney. mayhaps i should become a master then this would be much easier to organize.
