What are the non-Clerical ranks and what are their responsibilities?

So far I got most of the information I need to complete this lesson. But I'm stuck on where to find the non clerical ranks. I Believe they wish for me to read between the lines in the FAQ. But This feels impossible. Can I get some kind of a hint or something.

When I got stuck on somthimg during the IP , I looked at other people's journals. For things like this it isn't considered plagiarism. When you use some one else's personal answers as your own , that's plagiarism. When you try to figure out the premise and answer and understand the question ,then in your own thought , your own light , your own way , answer truthfully, well that's learning . Happy seeking !! And happy applying . If we can't learn from one another , what are we all doing here ! Lol , this one is pretty much click n paste .be well and maybthe force be with you . If you ever get stuck stuck we have an IP team avalible or any knight can help as well , we are all just a pm away!
