Why am I here on this path? How did I come to be at this point in my life right now? This very second I am sitting here writing this and I am not even really sure how I got here. At the time of my writing I am aware that you are in my future reading this as well. How did you come to be where you are right now, this very moment in time?
The thing is we are never really sure where we will be or what we will be doing at any given time. Sure, we make plans and we have responsibilities and we meet those requirements we place on ourselves without fail…most of the time. But what happens when fate decides to intervene and change your carefully laid out plans? Fate? What is fate, is there such a thing? How can some cosmic entity invade my life to change my plans? I have stuff to do and don’t have time to be in an accident or get hurt or have a loved one leave this plane of existence. I don’t have time! I gotta get to the store. I gotta get to work. I gotta get to school. I gotta get to the gym or the grocery or wherever else you feel like you need to be.
We need to all just stop for 10 minutes. Stop, breathe, feel. Breathe in the early morning air and let it fill your lungs. Don’t think about all those things you gotta do, think about right now! Stop reading this for just a few minutes and just be. Breathe. Feel. See.
If you did that, please comment about how you feel right now. I truly want to know. I have lost track of myself over the past couple of months, but now I feel like I am rediscovering my center. I can now continue to move forward and I hope I have helped you to be able to as well.
Love and Light

Too busy driving to stop for gas. I totally get that. Thank you

Having an existential conversation with the ego. Realizing I am not it, still experiencing the very same things it feels regardless, and afterwards, again realizing I am not it.

So long and thanks for all the fish
I can't speak for others, but I am ever aware of the potential ways life can throw a wrench in the gears so to speak.
I try to take things as they come, rather than try and plan too far into my future. I know that life is a dynamic experience, and that any static designs I try to put down are going to have their foundations uprooted.

To me its perhaps like the acquisition phase of photography. We all sit around a lot looking at 'image generators' on our phones, computers, TV's and now cars too... so 'vision' seems a rather predominate sense and we love to consume with it. And then while sometimes its nice just to shut my eyes (other then sleeping) its also good to 'relax' that construct of focus... and let more "light" in.

How do I got to this very point? Well, I a sure that it is not by chance.
Almost all the time I live on some kind of rush, getting from one part to another, but I try avery day to get a break to let me feel what is happening to men which decisions I made, what are the thing I want to acjieve with those decisions and what are the risks derived from them, but again that is thinking too much, so I I give a time for myself not to thing abot what I am doing just to enjoy what I am. Sometimes alone, some ither times with my family. Enjoying how the kids play and listen to them, trying to share what I am. Being ine with my wife but without loosing our space and personality.
This is what I thought when I read tou post and stoped to breath and slow down a bit.
Be the light of the world around you

Is it now? Was it just then? Will it be in a moment? Life constantly happens and we have absolutely no power to stop it. Meditation only delays the inevitable, at some point we will have to deal with the reality that is our world. Instead of trying to seperate ourselves from it we need to learn to integrate with it. At that point we will be in a simultaneous and constant state of heightened awareness and be maintaining a disconnection from the events happening around us. This is Zen. Emotion yet peace.
