Therefore the light in the dark, how light is it, how much does it cast, does it get reflected and why, and why is their even 'dark' so what would the terms constitute in human experiential terms. How much of it is 'you' and how do you define 'you'. Is there a dimmer switch

When we talk about ego, around here, we are commonly referring to the sense of "individual self" (which separates each of us from within our perception) constructed by our limited ability to perceive reality and reinforced by the countless elements of social conditioning woven in the fabric of human society.

Forgive me for not defining ego, I think if I had a destination in mind from the question, I'd have defined it more rigorously, and then made arguments in support of my thesis.

The essence of art is to put something out there and then listen to the interpretations, because they're often more illuminating than what the artist was thinking at the time...
