Please forgive me. I was quoting a movie in which I did not perceive the so-called "bad guy" to actually be the villain. In this particular context, he was providing the contrast that allowed the others to feel better about themselves. I did not mean it in a demeaning way but, rather, complimentary. G does fill a valuable role here and I did not mean to imply that he is evil or "bad" as a person.
