It won't let me have a blank signature ...

My fiance and I take turns to cook because we find it incredibly tedious, we cook for ourselves once a day. I do enjoy baking though, despite the fact I'm not very good at it yet!

I cook the majority of what me and my fiancee eat, a healthy diet is important to me.
Most of what restaurants serve I find disgusting and poorly prepared, and often get sick shortly after the meal.
I bake the bread we eat, our produce is home grown, and I make it a point to purchase meat that was slaughtered as ethically and humane as possible.
I can understand why some choose not to cook, but the financial impact and overall health detriment that come with eating processed and fast foods make me wonder if they understand the true cost of making healthful meals for themselves.
So much of culture is also based on cooking and eating, and when you throw away the art of cookingnin exchange for convience meals you also throw away much of your cultural heritage.
I also think people overcomplicate cooking. You dont have to be a master chef to make a good meal, and most have access to a home computer or a local library with public computer access to look up recepies and cooking tips.
I think it really comes down to how important it is to a person, that they eat quality home cooked food. If they dont care about what they eat, why bother cooking?
