my point wasnt to say that this specific incident was a huge government conspiracy

it was to illustrate the phenomena of a psychological operation

which is what this was

that it was an act done by an individual motivated by his own personal agenda is not nearly as important as understanding the nature and especially the REALITY of the act itself

this was a psychological operation

and while we're at it, that it was NOT government sponsored is still not at all demonstrated by the article that you reference

such is the nature of the thing

that being said, i dont take the position that it was either one thing or another, (i dont in fact care either way) only that there is in fact an info war happening all around us, and the goal is our minds

It give me great comfort to know so many of us fact check information before sending it forward. It seems of note to me that this is in line with the old adage the truth will set us free or as the code says "There is no Ignorance, there is Knowledge"

My comment was a little tongue-in-cheek, but you're right it does come off as dismissive and I apologise.
