Just out of curiosity- I know we have many members here who like to read and I'm sure that we all like to read a variety of books but has anyone read this one?

10% Happier, how I Tamed the Voice in My Head, Reduced Stress Without Losing My Edge, and Found Self-Help That Actually Works--A True Story by Dan Harris

I found a review of it online and thought it looked interesting! Apparently within, there's a...

"a section that he wanted to call “The Ten Pillars of Cutthroat Zen” but ended up calling The Way of the Worrier.

1. Don’t Be a Jerk
2. (And/ But . . .) When Necessary, Hide the Zen
3. Meditate
4. The Price of Security Is Insecurity— Until It’s Not Useful
5. Equanimity Is Not the Enemy of Creativity
6. Don’t Force It
7. Humility Prevents Humiliation
8. Go Easy with the Internal Cattle Prod
9. Nonattachment to Results
10. What Matters Most?"

and because it looked quite interesting I think I'm probably going to check it out. Just wondering if anyone has read it and what they thought- if you have read it and would care to give your thoughts, please do post! Hopefully after I'm done with the book I'll be able to add something a little more informative on here myself, :)
Have a nice day!

P.s. Here's the review that I read in full- https://www.farnamstreetblog.com/2014/10/the-ten-pillars-of-cutthroat-zen/
