Does anyone get a "Buzz" from helping people?

Lol, I guess it must just be the feeling of Helping people

The buzz, happy, joy feeling is the result of a selfless genuine acts of kindness.

You can't get the" buzz" without authenticity. It's not a reward it's a by product of goodness and virtue.

The more you give the more you get. It's a beautiful thing! :woohoo:

I think the buzz is less if you do it just for the buzz. If all you want to do is help someone you see needing help, and afterwards you realize much that impacted that person, you realize the time was better spent helping them than watching TV, and so you're glad you did it. That's where the buzz comes from for me.
