How to read a book- Simple? Hehe
Well... I think many people writing in their journals could benefit from understanding how they understand if that makes sense and it might give for better reading indeed, Enjoy the article!

Mortimer Adler wrote a book by the same name ( link ) on this very subject. I can't recommend it though, on account that I haven't read it.
