just what comes to me from reading OP
lots of people have severe emotional response to death and anger but that doesnt = an empath
as to the rest of the thread . . .i feel a lot of caring discernment

I wanted to take the time to say thank you to all of you who've lent out a helping hand over this issue!
I don't know really if I believe in psychic abilities or not but I do know when I have break downs it's not always caused by my own doing.
I feel very attached to everyone even if I don't know them that well.
I recently had a new friend pass away in the past couple of weeks... I felt like it was one of my own family members I cried and cried and felt like I was to blame for his dying.... Idk if that's an empath or anything like that but this kinda stuff hits me really crazily and it happens quite often!
I am going to definitely try all the things you have all said to see if they help!
I greatly appreciate it
