Bring in the middle of watching the second part of the Power of the Myth series, I can think of The Flower Sermon of the Buddha.

In this is say, it means I have pondered the significance of having a cup of water, filled 150ml of a possible 300ml.

The Flower Sermon;
Toward the end of his life, the Buddha took his disciples to a quiet pond for instruction. As they had done so many times before, the Buddha’s followers sat in a small circle around him, and waited for the teaching.
But this time the Buddha had no words. He reached into the muck and pulled up a lotus flower. And he held it silently before them, its roots dripping mud and water.
The disciples were greatly confused. Buddha quietly displayed the lotus to each of them. In turn, the disciples did their best to expound upon the meaning of the flower: what it symbollized, and how it fit into the body of Buddha’s teaching.
When at last the Buddha came to his follower Mahakasyapa, the disciple suddenly understood. He smiled and began to laugh. Buddha handed the lotus to Mahakasyapa and began to speak.
“What can be said I have said to you,” smiled the Buddha, “and what cannot be said, I have given to Mahakashyapa.”
Mahakashyapa became Buddha’s successor from that day forward.

Greetings Each Bows

I'm liking what I see. Everyone has a different view. Let's face it all we have is a glass of water. Inert object. As soon as we begin talking about it, we give life to it. It has meaning to each of us and therefore becomes connected as all things are.

However. Non of the above represent what was presented to me lol. I will admit it took me a few days to come up with a means of managing the situation to suit me as an individual. Oddly enough the answer came in a dream I had the other day which is why I decided to write about it.

I will put my view forward...In good time :)........Clue. How much does the water weight ?

How much do I know about the water? Was it just sitting there? Did someone hand it to me? Did I get it myself? Is it tap water?
Questions..
So many questions..
And some may say it doesn't matter, but you asked my thoughts and my thoughts are normally always questions..

Greetings Each

The riddle if you like that was presented to me was the glass of water represented stress. The actual amount and weight of the water actually is irrelevant . What is of course is how long can you hold on to it for.

Stress we do need in order to function. what we need to do is recognize it, when it becomes a burden. Either drop it off, seek help or find a way of dispersing the weight evenly to it is easy to carry.
