"six-pack pill?"

I need the pill that stops my hand from putting food in my mouth...

I get plenty of exercise at work (although I could use a little 'all around' work for those areas using a shovel doenst cover, lol... ...)

But as it said, the potential for those with health problems sounds good...:)

I wonder, over to our 'transhumanism' thread, is this is why all the people in the futuristic movies are so fit?

To put it politely, the people in WALL-E were American caricatures taken to the logical extreme.

I wonder what the other side effects are.
I'd rather just exercise, honestly. Takes up some time and helps me clear my head.

On a side note - I think it's interesting how people always jump on Americans for obesity issues. True that American numbers are higher, but barely - according to the charts I've seen, anyway. The way I see it, if a country has an obesity percentage of 15 or more, they have no room to be bragging about anything lol
It's a huge, global problem.

My problem is, while I enjoy working out to a degree, it is all supplemental to my MA training.

I figure a guy who runs a dojo should be in shape, and it obviously helps me when sparring and working with my students( especially the younger ones)

However, if I wasnt putting time into all that supplemental training, I could be putting it elsewhere. Im seldom out of things to do and need something to take up time. In fact, my problem is the opposite.

Dont know if I would take it really, and its far to early to tell.

I suppose, if the health risks are minimal to non existent...mabye.

A definite mabye.

I would take it, if it was proven to be without side effects. Which is unlikely.
