I'm awake. Relatively early, and I don't feel like death. And there's tea. That ain't nothin'.

I am grateful for Jamie Stick's Avatar. No matter the subject is being written on, when I see that smile I have to smile myself.

Spent hours listening to The Wisdom of Forgiveness by the Dalai Lama and Victor Chan. I am going to work feeling so inspired tonight

I am grateful for my martial art. I feel great right now.

I'm grateful for right choices even when they're hard ones. I'm grateful for those who support me even when I don't feel like I deserve it. I'm grateful for the message from a member that came at exactly the right time.

I am grateful for a good start to my day...it gve me the strength to deal with the bad start someone else had.
