The Grateful Thread

I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given in this life.

I am also thankful for when people with bad intentions end up having their plans backfire and what they do as negative goes to the person intended in a positive way.

I am grateful for the co-worker who texted me and told me to look in the break room refrigerator Wednesday morning. He had snuck in after work and put an entire turkey dinner in there for me. He had asked, in passing conversation, what I planned for Thanksgiving. I told him "movies and finger food". I guess he wasn't going to let that stand.

I'm grateful to finally have the tools in place to help myself out of crisis when it's necessary.

Grateful for road trips and having the means to take them. Looking forward to a good time with friends. I'm out!

Even though I was gifted with an early Christmas present of pink eye I'm grateful that I still have the ability to wake up and see the world today.

Grateful for the new memories I got to make. And the stories I'll get to share. We don't always get that chance (missed my chance once before). And I am extremely grateful I got the opportunity to let you know what you meant to my life. There is sadness, but also plenty of happy memories. And I will focus on what you loved and taught rather than the loss of having those in the future.

I am grateful that after everything that's happened and is happening, I haven't lost sight of the light, I'm grateful for hope.
I am grateful that I am starting to be able to remember some memories not with just pain, but also the happiness.
I am grateful for music, art, and literature.
I am grateful for the mountains, the canyons, the rivers, the valleys, the forests and the skies.
I am grateful for the friends who have pulled me threw some of the worst, and shown be some of the best.
I am grateful for all the teachers I've had in the past, have in the present, and will have in the future.
I am grateful for the Temple here, and the Jedi path, which have started to bring me peace.
I am grateful for knowledge, thought, and reason.
But I am also grateful for ignorance, and the change to learn.
I am grateful for life and the light.
But I am also grateful for the dark and the death that give them meaning.
Most of all, I am grateful for life.

I am grateful for Hatter, and his lightning quick mod skills. The Force is strong with him.

I am grateful for closure, for endings, and new beginnings, and that it is love that binds it all together, i am grateful for love
